Transcript: What a nice afternoon after I went to surf, I met up well, before I met up with Caroline, I went and meditated on the beach for a bit. Um, I watched a guy get rescued because he was in a rip current and yeah, it was just nice being on the beach for a minute and just getting to chill. Um, and then I met up with Caroline, uh, I believe it was called Billy's like health food bar or something like that. And that was really nice. And I absolutely love spending time with Caroline and I'm really, really, really, really grateful for the conversations we have and the space that she makes to listen to me, I really, really appreciate the space that Caroline makes to listen to me. And yeah, I feel like we always just have a really nice conversation and yeah, it's, it's a really nice thing. And I also got home after that and I had a nice call with Pascal and initially it was 10 minutes of getting, um, 10 minutes of getting initial, like, you know, helping them out with some Tanaki stuff. And in 10 minutes we got it done and that was awesome. And then we got some time to just talk and catch up and I appreciate, um, Pascal I'm stoked for, you know, him and his mate, his maybe moved to new, uh, to LA and also appreciate him listening and giving advice and feedback for me too. So really, really stoked on that and yeah, just a really, really pleasant afternoon and now I'm going to have some leftovers for dinner. I had a bagel for breakfast and yeah, I went out to get a bagel at PL bagels, which is really nice. And I have a bagel for tomorrow and I think I'm going to probably do, well, I guess we're going to do avocado toast or something, avocado bagel, which will probably be nice, maybe an egg and that'll be really nice. So, yeah.
I had a rejuvenating afternoon filled with enjoyable activities and conversations, including a chat with Jamie, a nice talk with John, and catching up with Jono over tea since his return from New Zealand. I also made myself a sandwich, went for a bike ride, and I am looking forward to a homemade dinner of salmon, kale, and rice. It's 7:30 now, and after dinner, I plan to take some time for separate notes regarding calls and such. Today was simply a great day.

I spent a pleasant morning with Chandler, skipping surfing at Del Mar due to poor waves and opting to relax and catch up at Bird Rock instead. Over coffee and a croissant, we discussed my work and its effects on my mood, as well as his life and thoughts. It was a delightful time that included giving him a sweatshirt he was excited about. We're looking forward to a potential surf session later in the week, rounding off a truly nice morning.

I enjoyed making breakfast tacos and surfing at Del Mar with Chandler, appreciating both the company and the activity after a long hiatus. The waves were relatively mellow at four to five feet, contributing to a serene surfing experience. The day brought a refreshing change of pace, focusing on writing and reflection rather than my usual building activities. Overall, it was a good and relaxed start to the morning with contemplation as the primary agenda for the day.
I had a pleasant dinner with my friend Kyle, although the Greek food at Hummus was greasy and not remarkable. Afterward, we walked to the beach, encountered an amazing drum circle, and discussed my work, which Kyle expressed an interest in trying, making me feel supported. Kyle imparted some wisdom, suggesting that sharing one's creations with others is the antidote to ego, which resonated with me and encouraged me to share my work. Along with this heartening experience, I enjoyed a simple, refreshing walk by myself earlier in the day, realizing that sometimes a walk is all I need rather than a nap.

Today was eventful with a pleasant dinner party I hosted for Caroline, Patrick, and Kyle, reuniting this group for the first time in two years. The evening was filled with meaningful conversations, vulnerability, and appreciation for the company. I also visited Nick to help with their business spreadsheets, exploring potential additional income. Tomorrow's plans include a bike ride to Mnemonic to spend time writing and reflecting on recent discussions, fueled by energy and an espresso.
