Transcript: I just got dinner with Kyle, which is really great, um, yeah, I don't know, it's just nice to be around, like, uh, another real friend, I think, and just being able to talk, and someone who obviously cares, and, like, we care about each other, and it's nice, it's just nice, you know, and it doesn't have to be so complicated, either, and that's really nice, um, and we had dinner at this place called Hummus, it was okay, wouldn't go back, like, kinda greasy Greek food, like, drunk Greek food, basically, um, but it was fine, and after we went and walked down to the beach at OB, and saw the drum circle, and the drum circle was absolutely incredible, I really, really loved being around it, um, it was a total vibe, and I loved that people were just getting together and hitting some drums, and it sounded great, and it didn't even seem, yeah, I don't know, it was awesome, just like flow kinda energy, really cool, um, loved it, really, really loved it, um, makes me wanna get a drum, to be honest, um, and, yeah, we just kinda walked along the beach, looked at the waves, and he was asking me questions, and stuff about what I'm working on, and he wants to try whatever I build, which is really nice, and, yeah, I don't know, I guess it's really cool, just, like, hearing from friends, like, yeah, I will try that, I wanna try that, like, that sounds great, and, yeah, I don't know, it's just a nice thing to hear, like, makes me wanna cry, and, yeah, feels like being supported, it's really cool, and there's one thing that Kyle said in particular that, um, I think is gonna stick with me, which is, he basically, I mean, I don't know his exact words, but it was something to the effect of, like, it's only, like, ego if you don't share it with other people, and, dang, isn't that true, huh? So, yeah, I guess I need to share it with other people, and do my best to make that happen, and do it right, so, doesn't need to be perfect, but, yeah, need to share. So, yeah, love Kyle, and, yeah, excited to see him soon, and I'm so tired, but it was really nice. Um, prior to hanging out with Kyle, I went for a walk, and it was also nice to just get out of the house, and go for a walk, and, honestly, I probably needed to do it earlier in the day, I probably didn't need a nap, I probably just needed a walk. So, that was, that was nice, and it wasn't even, like, I didn't have anywhere to go, or be, or anything, it's just, like, I literally just went for a walk, and I just listened to music, and a podcast, it's, like, cool. Doesn't need to be more complicated than that. It's okay to take a break, and go for a walk. So, yep, that was, that was more or less it, and now I'm going to go home, and go to bed, I think, so I can get up tomorrow morning and go surf.

I biked to and from the disc golf course, adding a pleasant touch to the day. For lunch, I tried a new place called Chris Ono Grinds and had their volcano chicken, which unfortunately didn't meet my expectations due to its excessive sweetness. Despite that, the day was filled with simple joys like spending quality time with friends without any drama or expectations, just enjoying each other's company. As for the rest of my plans, I'm contemplating a trip to Culp Valley but also recognize the need to focus on completing tasks and making food for myself. Though I want to balance leisure and productivity, I'm aiming for a more significant focus to achieve meaningful progress. In essence, today reinforced the importance of connecting with friends and finding balance in life's activities.
