Comment: Garden update
Transcript: So, for the garden, it looks like the potatoes, we just got rain the last couple of days. It looks like the potatoes are kind of popping off. You know, still going to need at least a month or two, but pretty cool to see them doing so well. The amara greens are coming back pretty strong. The spinach is starting to look a bit better, still not usable. The amara greens, there's some usable stuff. The broccolini is a great snack, as always. Brussels sprouts, yeah, they're not going to have any brussels sprouts, but should eat the leaves. The romaine is doing pretty good, enough for another salad, I reckon. Bok choy is continuing to be good. And the rainbow mizuna, it's just out here. It's not doing great, but it's edible. So, that's kind of the state of the garden right now. And, yeah, things are looking good. The parsley in the backyard is growing really well. Yeah.

The garden update includes the progress of various plants such as healthy potatoes, small spinach plants, growing amara greens and broccolini, and the need to use Brussels sprout leaves. The romaine and bok choy are doing well, while the rainbow mizuno looks better after cutting. There is uncertainty about the beets sprouting, but the parsley and cilantro are doing great.

Potatoes in the garden are emerging but require another 2-3 months to mature. There's a plentiful supply of kale and an unidentified leafy green, ideal for sandwiches, as well as a sufficient amount of broccolini and romaine for eating soon. Bok choy is ready to harvest, and there are about three heads, along with an enjoyable purple mustard-like green known as rainbow mizuna. Overall, there are various greens progressing, with some ready for harvest and others needing more time.

The potatoes in the garden are growing nicely despite being very young. Kale has been partly consumed, with enough remaining for occasional meals, while Bok choy needs to be eaten soon. Romaine lettuce is prospering and there is still plenty left despite consumption last week, and the broccolini is flowering and should be used soon, possibly in a stir fry. Unfortunately, the Brussel sprouts plant will not yield produce and the spinach seeds have not shown any growth yet.
The spinach at this location is doing poorly and is currently unusable. In contrast, Amara greens, which were unidentified before, are thriving and need to be harvested soon. These greens are at risk of flowering, so it's important to cut them back and utilize them.
