Transcript: Okay, so a little update on the garden is, well it looks like potatoes are starting to pop out of the ground, but they'll need quite a bit of time until they are ready. My guess is still like two to three months of time. There is enough kale to probably have something with kale. There's also this other kind of, I don't know what it is, I forget what it's called. It's like some kind of leafy green, and it's pretty nice, and there's a healthy amount of it, probably good enough for sandwiches. There's broccolini, which I mostly have just been pulling to eat with, but maybe a tiny bit of broccolini can be used. Brussels sprouts are still in progress, not doing too too good. We have a healthy amount of romaine, enough for a salad or sandwiches it seems like to me, and really it needs to be used soon. There's bok choy that can be harvested for sure. It's looking pretty good, there's like three heads of that, and then there's some kind of you know other purple like mustard type type green. I mean that's really nice, I really like that, that flavor is delicious. What is it called? That is rainbow mizuna, and I think it yeah I think that tastes really really nice. So that is the update on the garden, and we will go from there.

The potatoes in the garden are growing nicely despite being very young. Kale has been partly consumed, with enough remaining for occasional meals, while Bok choy needs to be eaten soon. Romaine lettuce is prospering and there is still plenty left despite consumption last week, and the broccolini is flowering and should be used soon, possibly in a stir fry. Unfortunately, the Brussel sprouts plant will not yield produce and the spinach seeds have not shown any growth yet.

A healthy and vibrant garden bed framed by wooden planks. In the bottom left, there are lush green potato plants. Adjacent to them, the amaranth plants are thriving with full foliage. The broccolini is nearby, showing signs of flowering attempts. Moving upwards, kale plants are visible with their characteristic leaves, looking robust. Beside the kale, there's bok choy that appears ready to bolt. Towards the right, romaine lettuce with its crisp, vertical leaves and rainbow mizuna with distinct colorful leaves are both flourishing. In contrast, the Brussels sprouts plant seems to be underperforming and doesn't match the vitality of its garden companions. The garden is mulched with straw, and a drip irrigation system is installed for watering.

The bed is constructed with wooden boards, and an irrigation hose is visible along the edge. A person's feet wearing gray and blue socks are visible at the bottom in the photo, standing on the wooden edge of the bed, suggesting the person is looking down at the garden.
