Comment: Biking yesterday to grocery
Transcript: Yesterday, I went on a bike ride to Sprouts for groceries, and that was pretty nice. It was really nice that Sprouts wasn't very far away from my house. It was about a 15-minute ride in total, and it didn't seem like a problem bringing a backpack in to put my groceries in on the way back, which is really nice. However, bike panniers would be still probably remarkably helpful. Yeah, because then I could carry normal grocery stuff, and it would make biking to a grocery store actually possible, is what I would say.
I had an energetic afternoon which started with a bike ride to an unnamed café near the university for espresso. Spending time mostly outdoors, I worked with two notebooks and my iPad, realizing that the lack of a traditional computer and a change of environment encouraged different styles of thinking. This alternative thinking helped me make progress towards creating something akin to a pitch deck. Afterward, I went for another bike ride to channel my excess energy and am now planning my weekend, focusing on preparing for the upcoming week rather than working intensively.
I went for an enjoyable 30-minute bike ride after submitting a grant. Later, I cooked steak for a late lunch. I plan to have leftovers, likely chicken, for dinner soon.

I just got back from an amazing two-hour bike ride to downtown and back. I'm not exactly sure when I left, but it's 7:30 now, so maybe around 5:30? My legs are tingling, but it was totally worth it. The entire ride was just what I needed—it felt like I teleported. So cool.
Today, I started my morning with paratha and eggs, then biked to Mnemonic Coffee where I caught up with Eric Scogin. We had a great conversation at the coffee shop followed by a pleasant walk through Balboa Park. Eric shared a bit about his project related to the outdoor industry, which caught my interest. I'm looking forward to learning more about it once he's back in Minneapolis. I also had the chance to meet his four-year-old daughter Freya, his wife Ashley, and their grandmother Colleen, who's from San Diego. The encounter was delightful, and I'm thrilled about this new connection. Now, feeling motivated and happy about how the day began, I'm about to bike home.

This morning, after sleeping in, I enjoyed a slow start, making eggs with shallots and riding my bike to Mnemonic for a unique and fantastic espresso. I spent around two hours at Mnemonic writing and thinking, followed by a bike ride to Tacos El Gordo before returning home. Back home, I experimented with purified water for coffee brewing and general health reasons, purchasing three gallons from OB Water to see if it makes a difference. I'm ending my day with plans to read "Positioning" and acknowledging that my to-do list will likely extend into the weekend.
