Transcript: I just went for like a two hour bike ride. I don't even know how long I was out of the house. I rode to downtown and back and my legs are tingling now. Um, it was really nice though. Um, I definitely needed that and just continued to enjoy the ride basically the whole way. I mean, it's seven 30 now. I don't know when I left my house. I honestly have no idea. Maybe it was five 30. I don't think it was six. Yeah. Wow. That was wild. I just like teleported. That was cool.
I had an energetic afternoon which started with a bike ride to an unnamed café near the university for espresso. Spending time mostly outdoors, I worked with two notebooks and my iPad, realizing that the lack of a traditional computer and a change of environment encouraged different styles of thinking. This alternative thinking helped me make progress towards creating something akin to a pitch deck. Afterward, I went for another bike ride to channel my excess energy and am now planning my weekend, focusing on preparing for the upcoming week rather than working intensively.
I went for an enjoyable 30-minute bike ride after submitting a grant. Later, I cooked steak for a late lunch. I plan to have leftovers, likely chicken, for dinner soon.

While on a call with Dave, I took a three and a half mile walk. It was pleasant being outside, particularly in the beautiful Ute afternoon and evening. The call and the walk were energizing and amazing. It was a truly great experience.

The user went on a bike ride to Sprouts for groceries yesterday, which was a nice 15-minute ride from their house. They found it convenient to bring a backpack for their groceries, but think that bike panniers would be even more helpful for carrying normal grocery items.
Another exhausting day of surfing left the writer's body feeling drained, especially the shoulders. The session, however, was enjoyable and unique due to the foggy conditions, creating a beautiful light rainbow effect. Despite slow starts and some funky waves, the waves were better than recent sessions, allowing for good maneuvers. Post-surf, the writer plans to relax, shower, and run errands, including a stop at the co-op and possibly the water store. Surfing's physical toll is evident, and the writer contemplates the need for a different exercise routine and more stretching.
