I could make excuses. But I'm up. Did that eight minutes extra really help me? Did I improve my life as due to that eight minutes that I laid in bed? Questioning whether I want to get up or not. Questioning if I should sleep longer. Did I need more sleep? I went to bed at around 11 last night. I went to bed at 6.30. That's seven and a half hours. It's like pretty reasonable. It's a reasonable amount of sleep. So, no excuses.
