"Early Morning Awakening and Dreams of Disc Golf"

Jan 26, 2024 - 6:09amSummary: I woke up naturally at 5:37am, just before my alarm, after less than 7 hours of sleep. Despite going to bed late at 10:40pm, I quickly fell asleep and even had a dream about playing disc golf with professionals. The dream may be a sign that it's time for me to take up disc golf again. I'm heading to SWAMI's and hoping Chandler will join me there.

Transcript: Good morning, I woke up three minutes before my alarm at 5.37am and I was basically awake and it's been a really long time since I've woken up earlier than my alarm and also awake. Not to mention that I went to bed somewhat late, I mean relatively in terms of the number of hours of sleep for me at 10.40am, so that was just under 7 hours of sleep. Probably took about 3-5 minutes of fall sleep last night and I had a dream this morning about playing disc golf. So I guess maybe it's a good time to start playing disc golf again, according to my dreams. I was playing a course with the pros, I think I was playing Kit Carson with the pros, which is funny, and I threw a terrible sidearm and I remember just being like, yeah, I'll run that to get better. So that was an interesting little thing. On my way to SWAMI's, hopefully it's good, we will see. Hopefully Chandler comes out, I really want Chandler to come out.

I did not get out of bed when my alarm went off at 6:30; instead, I opened my eyes at 6:38 without any valid excuse. I wonder if those extra eight minutes of lying in bed genuinely benefited me or improved my life. Despite questioning whether to get up or sleep more, seven and a half hours of sleep should have been reasonable. So, ultimately, I acknowledge that there are no excuses for not waking up on time.

Adding thoughts to the burrito and knowing others might read them motivates me more than keeping them to myself. My goal is to wake up at 5:45 a.m. tomorrow, and it's currently 10:15 p.m., which should allow for seven and a half hours of sleep. However, I probably won't sleep for another half hour, so I'm expecting to get less than seven hours. Accepting this lack of sleep is routine for me, and I'm ready to tackle the challenge tomorrow.

Despite this, they have many projects, personal life commitments, and community efforts to attend to, not to mention taxes. They plan to set week intentions using voice instead of writing, including the exploration of websites for the Diagram Website Explorers Club and developing a Canvas element-based editor for Daily Jam. A function is set to run every five seconds to update the canvas with the latest pixel data, ensuring all viewers see a consistent image while minimizing performance impacts. Other tasks include preparing tax paperwork, organizing Boulder events for systems and AI, and sketching ideas for a project called "co-net." The intention is to spend more time outdoors in the nice weather and to schedule the next "Site Craft Hang," while thinking about potential content for the "Explorers Club" website.
