"Empowering Conversations: Nurturing Creativity and Content Creation"

Jan 30, 2024 - 8:50pmSummary: I had several engaging phone calls with friends like Cody and John, discussing various topics and working through ideas. Cody asked insightful questions and I shared my thoughts extensively, which led to valuable discussions on content creation, including framing and writing blog posts. I am motivated to keep producing and sharing content regularly, even simple daily updates, as part of prioritizing my efforts. Overall, I'm grateful for the conversations, the reminders of aiming to make tech accessible to everyone, and for the support in planning future building and expressing the essence of my work.

Transcript: Had, I guess, two, maybe three, I guess, technically, nice calls back to back to back, which is really cool. Again, just like always good to talk to the homies and work things out and talk about them and see. Yeah, Cody and John, it was really nice catching up and like kind of giving Cody the download and he had a bunch of really good questions and some good frames and yeah, I don't know, it was nice. Just lots of thinking and I guess like I just brain dumped the fuck to him. So yeah, I mean, a lot of it sounds like framing, you know, writing good blog posts, you know, just putting media content out to try to explain the thing and probably, I mean, the most obvious thing from tonight is like just keep putting in the reps of sharing. So I guess that's gonna be kind of priority for tomorrow more or less and going from there and even if it's like short and silly and whatever, it's just like putting it out there maybe on like daily cadence, just something, just like a short little snippet to finish it up for the day and giving myself a break and like making sure that I do it. Yeah, and call with John, just like working through, grow it bigger and yeah, it's just always a pleasure to talk to John and then jumping on a call with Pascal and just seeing what's up with Tanaki and hanging out in the Tanaki app and honestly like, it was nice. I liked that better than FaceTime, like I would hang out there. And yeah, just get to talk, you know, kind of homie to homie about like what's real and the struggles and, you know, money and thinking about moving and all of this stuff. So just really grateful to have had the conversations that I did tonight and to be reminded of being in such a wonderful position in life to be able to work on this stuff and keep it fun and that it should also be for normal people. It's not just reserved for people in tech. I think that's gonna keep being critical to remember. So yeah, I will probably do a bit of building tomorrow, but I think I'll have to do a fair bit of expression of trying to express what the hell this thing is. So yeah, man, and the Stoked thing, really good. And I guess maybe I should start a group message with people assuming they're willing. So yeah.

"Reflections on Making Audio Burrito Posts"

gorum.burrito

82.60% similar

The speaker is reflecting on their experience with making audio burrito posts, noting that it often requires multiple attempts to get into the correct mindset—similar to drafting written posts. They're grappling with the challenge of monologuing without a clear understanding of the audience, as they are aware that at least John and CJ will hear it, but uncertainty about the wider audience affects their ability to communicate effectively. This creates a 'contextual membrane shakiness' as the speaker finds the lack of audience boundaries difficult to navigate, which they recognize may vary among different people. The speaker concludes by deciding to end the current note and start a new one.
