Comment: Dinner!!!
Transcript: For dinner, I made this, like, chicken and onion and mushroom thing in the skillet. Pretty banger dish for how much time it took, and just lots of good flavors. I think next time, there was a bit too much water this time, just in general. So, either, like, needing to drain that out at some point, or something like that. But, not so much that I lose the flavor. So, there's this balance of, like, needing to, you know, concentrate the flavors within that, like, stock that's getting generated. As well as, you know, getting that absorbed into the food. But, still a pretty great meal. And, yeah, pretty stoked to have it for the rest of the week. Specifically with rice. I think that and rice is going to be absolutely phenomenal. So, pretty excited about that.
