Transcript: Oh, I just finished up a nice supper for the evening. Um, yeah, I made steak and a nice salad from the garden with a bit of the kale and, um, the romaine and it was the fish sauce salad thing and damn, the mint plus that sauce is really good. And the freshness of my greens, just honestly killer. I wanted to eat that more than the steak. Um, so that was really nice. I went for a walk earlier and called my mom and just talked a bit. Um, as I was going to the grocery store for lunch, I had, what did I have for lunch? I had a ramen with some greens from the garden. And then for breakfast, I had a breakfast tacos with some leftover chicken. So like a pretty filling day of food, I would say. Um, and a bunch of chocolate. I'm probably going to finish a chocolate bar today. Whoops. Um, but yeah, I feel, I feel like my body kind of needs it. So yeah, that was, that was food.
I enjoyed a steak sandwich for lunch made with leftover steak and homemade chimichurri, topped with provolone, fried shallots, and garden-fresh amara greens. It was flavorful and satisfying. Alongside, I had some chocolate. Now, I'm ready to continue with the rest of my day.
