Transcript: This morning, Chandler and I went surfing at Del Mar. It was a relatively small day, but I think overall we had fun. He brought out the wave storm. I had my longboard. Just paddled around and smiled, caught up, just being people together. And we saw a whale, which was pretty amazing. And we tried to paddle over to follow it, but it kind of disappeared. But still, pretty amazing to see a whale. He got to try my board, and he enjoyed it, which was really cool. And yeah, that was the morning.

I spent a pleasant morning with Chandler, skipping surfing at Del Mar due to poor waves and opting to relax and catch up at Bird Rock instead. Over coffee and a croissant, we discussed my work and its effects on my mood, as well as his life and thoughts. It was a delightful time that included giving him a sweatshirt he was excited about. We're looking forward to a potential surf session later in the week, rounding off a truly nice morning.

Chandler and I enjoyed an okay morning surfing at 7th Street, tackling some fun four to six-foot waves. The beach was crowded with family, but we still had a good time. Afterward, we headed to Bird Rock for a croissant, a cortado, and a chat about my latest work on the demo, which got him excited. Left feeling good and looking forward to the next steps.

I enjoyed making breakfast tacos and surfing at Del Mar with Chandler, appreciating both the company and the activity after a long hiatus. The waves were relatively mellow at four to five feet, contributing to a serene surfing experience. The day brought a refreshing change of pace, focusing on writing and reflection rather than my usual building activities. Overall, it was a good and relaxed start to the morning with contemplation as the primary agenda for the day.

I just finished surfing at Sunset Cliffs today. It was an average day with pretty slow surf. I'm planning to surf with Chandler tomorrow, but the waves are expected to be even smaller, so I'm anticipating it might not be the best day for surfing. Despite the possibility of challenging conditions, I'm still looking forward to being in the ocean. It's always a positive experience, very calm and mellow. Overall, I can't complain too much; it's nice to just be out there.
