Comment: Leadership
Transcript: one thing today that I learned about leadership is sometimes you just have to fucking take control even if people don't fucking like it. Like, I knew where the climb was and I knew how to get there. And instead of the blind leading the blind, we can let the person who sees lead the blind. I knew where to go, so I led us there without question. I marched forward and knew what was going on. And sure enough, I was right. I was dead on. And I think that's something that I needed to do more often in my life is if I know and I see the thing, I just have to lead people there. I knew where to go, so I led us there without question. I knew what was right, and I did it. Sometimes it won't be as cut and dry as it was today. That's okay. I've gotten a sense of direction, generally speaking. I try to hone my sense of direction. And I'm continuously doing that. And, you know, I'm not going to do it again. I'm not going to do it again. And, yeah, this is something I need to continue to work on and put forward and put forth and lead. Lead people. I have so much to learn about this. And I'm so excited. I hope I can learn tomorrow. I hope tomorrow to be a better leader. Thank you. Thank you.

As part of my learning journey, understanding the intricacies of running a startup or business, and having hands-on experience, is crucial to me.

Reflecting on life, I've realized that unlike in childhood, life doesn't offer cheat codes, or if it does, they're found in relationships with other people, built on trust and love. As a father, I want to avoid giving my children shortcuts because I believe it's important for their development to face challenges head-on. I recognize that seeking the easy way out can hinder growth, a lesson I've learned firsthand. Going forward, I intend to be mindful of this to ensure both I and my children fully engage in the effort required by life's journey.
