Transcript: I went to the Friendly for lunch today, just got a burger and I mean, it was, it was great. Like super simple, just a burger for $7 and don't need anything more complex than that. And yeah, it was just a nice hole in the wall and it was great. Also they had a side, a sign that says you get a dollar off your beer if you shotgun it. So it gives you an idea.
I enjoyed a steak sandwich for lunch made with leftover steak and homemade chimichurri, topped with provolone, fried shallots, and garden-fresh amara greens. It was flavorful and satisfying. Alongside, I had some chocolate. Now, I'm ready to continue with the rest of my day.

Today felt slow despite accomplishing a fair amount, and it's all a matter of perspective. Breakfast was a delightful avocado and egg bagel, followed by a lunch of leftovers, yet there was a tinge of regret after giving in to Chick-fil-A, contrary to intentions to cut down on fast food. Tomorrow's meals are planned to be eggs for breakfast and ramen for lunch, highlighting a current scarcity of food at home. There's enthusiasm about meal planning, which has proved to be convenient, relieving mental pressure, and the hope is to continue this positive trend in the coming weeks.

I recently enjoyed a burrito from Taqueria Los Ruiz and it was great. There's nothing better than a breakfast burrito after surfing.

Chandler and I enjoyed an okay morning surfing at 7th Street, tackling some fun four to six-foot waves. The beach was crowded with family, but we still had a good time. Afterward, we headed to Bird Rock for a croissant, a cortado, and a chat about my latest work on the demo, which got him excited. Left feeling good and looking forward to the next steps.
