I had dinner with Kyle and it was nice; we also ran into Mike and Zach. Kyle generously paid for my tacos, which I appreciated, and we discussed his case. Overall, it was a pleasant dinner. For lunch and breakfast, I had leftovers and breakfast tacos, respectively, making it a day filled with tacos.

Today, I had a really nice lunch at Calvin's with Chandler, where we caught up. Our time was short, only an hour, but seeing him was great, even if I was a bit over-caffeinated.

One of my goals is to watch the latest Studio Ghibli film alongside Chandler. This shared activity is something I'm looking forward to. Watching a new Studio Ghibli movie is on my to-do list, and I plan to do it with Chandler. Enjoying the newest release from Studio Ghibli in the company of Chandler would be a delightful experience.

Chandler and I enjoyed an okay morning surfing at 7th Street, tackling some fun four to six-foot waves. The beach was crowded with family, but we still had a good time. Afterward, we headed to Bird Rock for a croissant, a cortado, and a chat about my latest work on the demo, which got him excited. Left feeling good and looking forward to the next steps.

I fulfilled my 2024 goal of deepening relationships tonight. I rode my bike looking for puddles to splash in after the rain, but found none. Instead, I had a rewarding conversation with Claire and Sam at Ichiban. This interaction was very satisfying.
